Skoots Crankshaft Truing Stand
Dial in your scooter builds with a purpose-built truing stand designed for quick setup, repeatable readings, and solid stability.
Why it’s better…..
- True, repeatable readings: Dual sealed ball bearings provide ultra-smooth rotation.
- Zero-drift indicator placement: Two steel mounting plates (left & right) let you lock your dial indicator’s magnetic base in place so it won’t creep mid-measurement. (Indicator sold separately)
- Built to fit your projects: Adjustable uprights accommodate a wide range of scooter crank widths.
- Shop-friendly footprint: Low, rigid base keeps the crank low and stable on your bench for easy, ergonomic access.
Perfect for
- Measuring TIR (total indicated runout) on main journals and crank webs
- Truing pressed cranks after rebuilds
- Verifying cranks before assembly to protect cases, bearings, and seals
Key Features

- Left & right steel plates for dial indicator (magnetic base)—no clamps, no slip. (Indicator sold separately)
