How to use:

1. Choose the configuration that best supports your crankshaft size.

2. Set the upright spacing so both main journals are supported evenly on the bearing rollers.

3. Attach your magnetic-base dial indicator to one of the steel plates.

4. Zero the indicator on the journal, crank web, or pin.

5. Rotate the crankshaft and read TIR.

6. Adjust the crank as needed until it is within your required spec.

7. Use the smooth bearing rollers to check crankshaft balance before final assembly.

Fitment note:

The CTS-300 is designed for larger crankshafts outside the small-engine range (30-350cc). This is a universal crankshaft measuring and setup tool, not a vehicle-specific replacement part.
