To keep things fast and organized, please follow the guidelines below.

✅ Before you post: what to include

Copy/paste this and fill it out:

1) Part name (and link if you have it):
2) Scooter year / make / model:
3) Engine type: 2T / 4T / GY6 / displacement
4) What you’re trying to do: (install, tuning, fitment check, etc.)
5) What’s happening: (issue/symptom)
6) Photos/video: (highly recommended)

• Photo of the part installed (or where it’s supposed to go)

• Photo of the surrounding area (mount points, clearances, etc.)

7) Order info (IMPORTANT):
✅ If you need order-specific help, do NOT post your order number, address, or tracking publicly.
Instead, say: “Order info available” and we’ll ask you to DM/email it.

🔧 Fitment help tips (so we can diagnose fast)

• Tell us if the scooter is stock or modified (especially engine swaps)

• If something doesn’t line up, include:

  • where it hits/rubs

  • what fasteners you’re using

  • any spacers/washers

  • a photo from 2 angles

• If it’s a printed part, include the material if known (PLA+/PETG/ABS/etc) and if it was exposed to heat.

🧾 Warranty / returns / replacements (quick policy)

We stand behind our parts, but we need the right info to help:

• If a part arrives damaged or defective, post photos and we’ll make it right.

• If the issue is fitment-related, we’ll troubleshoot first and confirm the correct setup.

• Abuse/incorrect installation/heat damage may not be covered — but we’ll still try to help you get it sorted.
