Use this format so people can actually show up:

Type: (meet / ride-out / track day / drag / show / other)

Location: (address or pin)
Meet spot: (parking lot name, landmark, etc.)
Ride plan: (route, distance, pace)
Skill level: (beginner-friendly / mixed / advanced)
Requirements: (helmet required? bike legal? registration?)
Cost: (free / entry fee / track fee)
Weather plan: (rain date? cancel?)
Contact: (forum DM name — don’t post your phone unless you want it public)

🧠 Safety + common sense

• Obey local laws and ride responsibly.

• Wear gear. At minimum: helmet + gloves.

• If it’s a group ride, keep formation safe and don’t pressure anyone to ride over their skill level.

• No reckless behavior posts. We’re here to build a solid community.

📸 After the event

If you attended, post:

• photos/videos

• turnout info

• route notes

• times/results (if racing)
